By accessing or using any application within the HumanOS ecosystem (including BreathMaster AI, MemoryForge, HabitOS, Seeneyu, HarmonyMap, FocusFlow, and any future applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

PeeTeeAI operates the HumanOS ecosystem, a suite of AI-powered applications designed to support human development across cognitive, physical, emotional, and cultural dimensions. Each app provides tools, exercises, tracking features, and AI-driven coaching to help users improve in specific areas of personal growth.

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, AI-generated recommendations are informational in nature and should not be considered medical, psychological, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health, mental health, or fitness decisions.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

You agree not to use the services for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other users, to attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and branding within the HumanOS ecosystem are owned by PeeTeeAI or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any personal data and content you create within our apps (journal entries, habit logs, breathing session notes, etc.). By using our services, you grant PeeTeeAI a limited license to process this data as necessary to provide and improve the services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our software or content without express written permission from PeeTeeAI.

Our applications use artificial intelligence to generate coaching recommendations, insights, and suggestions. While we design our AI systems to be helpful and accurate, AI-generated content may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific situation.

You acknowledge that AI coaching is not a substitute for professional advice from qualified medical, psychological, fitness, or other professionals. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

Some features within the HumanOS ecosystem may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features will be clearly communicated before purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PeeTeeAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PeeTeeAI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the app. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if required to do so by law. We will provide reasonable notice before termination where possible.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PeeTeeAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
